If you have received an incorrect product from us, then please email our customer service immediately. If you have received the incorrect item we would be happy to offer you an exchange. However, for you to receive an exchange, the book must be in an unused condition and you must have sent an email notifying our customer support team within 3 days after receiving the incorrect product.
1) The card you have used is not open to overseas transactions. You can have your card unblocked from any overseas transaction restrictions by contacting your bank. The charge may take up to 3 days to process so please do not place the restriction on your card until you see a confirmed charge on your card.
2) The address you have entered may be incorrect. Please ensure that all shipping and billing details have been entered correctly. If they do not match to the card you have used, your transaction will be blocked.
